Hotel Reservation Convertation

Handling Reservation by Phone

Reservation. C : Good Afternoon, Edotel Hotel. Surya’s speaking, how may I assist you ?
Guest               : Good Afternoon, I want to reserve a room.
Reservation. C : Excuse me, sir. May I know your name, please ?
Guest               : Sure, My name is Gusteau.
Reservation. C : Alright Mr. Gusteau, may I know the exact date of your arrival ?
Guest               : Sure, it’s on 23rd November 2014.
Reservation. C : For how long would you like to stay with us ?

Guest               : I will stay for six nights.
Reservation. C : Well, your departure date is on 29st November 2014. Is it right ?
Guest               : Yeah, that’s right.
Reservation. C : Alright Mr. Gusteau, what type of room do you prefer to book ? We have twin beds rooms and suite rooms.
Guest               : A double bed room with beach view, please.
Reservation. C : Alright Mr. Gusteau, please hold the lines. I would like to check the availability of rooms on that period.
Guest               : Yes, please.
(The reservation clerk checking the availability of room on that period)
Reservation. C : Excuse me Mr. Gusteau, thank you very much for your waiting. I am so sorry Mr. Gusteau, there is no any suite room with beach view. But we still have suite room with swimming pool view, it’s has a great view too. And the suite rooms with swimming pool view, has a direct way to go to swimming pool. How about it ?
Guest               : It’s sound good. How much is the room rate ?
Reservation. C : A suite room with swimming pool view is Rp 450.000,00 per night include breakfast. Well, would you like to take this room ?
Guest               : Yeah, I will take this room.
Reservation. C : Alright Mr. Gusteau, may I know what name will the reservation be listed under ?
Guest               : It’s for me Nicholas Gusteau, please
Reservation. C : Could you spell your name for me, please ?
Guest               : Sure, N-I-C-H-O-L-A-S for Nicholas and G-U-S-T-E-A-U for Gusteau.
Reservation. C : My I know for how many person is the reservation for ?
Guest               : It’s for three person.
Reservation. C : Alright Mr. Gusteau, do you have any transportation which will pick you up from the airport to our hotel ?
Guest               : No I don’t have. But can you provide the transportation to pick us  up ?
Reservation. C : Sure, Mr. Gusteau. But you will get Rp 242.000,00 extra charge.
Guest               : Oh, that’s okay.
Reservation. C : Well, Mr. Gusteau. To pick you up at the airport, I need your flight number detail.
Guest               : My flight number is AA 137, the departure time is at 06.00 a.m. and the arrival time is about 12.00 p.m.
Reservation. C : Alright, Mr. Gusteau. Now, may I have your email address ?
Guest               : Sure, my email address is nicho_gusteau2yahoo.com
Reservation. C : Could you spell it for me, please ?
Guest               : Sure, N-I-C-H-O-underscore-G-U-S-T-E-A-U.
Reservation. C : Thank you Mr. Gusteau, may I have your telephone number ?
Guest               : Sure, 212348190.
Reservation. C : May I know your current address and your nationality, Mr. Gusteau ?
Guest               : Sure, my current address is 7 Haven Plaza Apt B, London. I am French
Reservation. C : Well, You are Mr. Nicholas Gusteau make a reservation for a suite room from 23rd November 2014 until 29st November 2014, it’s for 3 people. Guest               : Absolutely correct.
Reservation. C : Alright Mr. Gusteau, may I know how about your payment ?

Guest               : I would like o pay by credit card using VISA.
Reservation. C : Well, Mr. Gusteau. We need to guarantee your reservation, because that period is a high season. Well, you must pay the deposit Rp 3.300.000,- as the guarantee payment.
Guest               : Okay.
Reservation. C : For completing your reservation we will send the letter of authorization to your email, please you find and fulfilled the consent of authorization, also don’t forget to attach the copy of your credit card detail (front and back) and he copy of your ID card.
