How To Handling Guest Check Out
R             : Good Morning, reception, Yoga speaking, may I assist you?
G             : Hello, I am going to check out now. Please carry a bellboy into my room to bring my luggage
R             : May I know your room number sir?
G             : sure. My room number is 2003
R             : alright sir. Our bell boy will come to your room soon, to bring your luggage
G             : thank you,
R             : you are welcome
(Receptionist call the Bell Boy)
B             : good afternoon, Krishna speaking may I help you?
R             : Good afternoon, Mr Krishna please pick up Mr John Ghoul’s Luggage in room number 2003
B             : alright, I will pick up his luggage now. Thank you for your information
R             : your welcome
(Bill boy go to guest room)
B             : (knock the door) excuse me, bellboy service
G             : (open the door) yes, thank you. Come in, please bring my luggage.
B             : my pleasure sir
G             : sorry, where can I put the room key?
B             : alright, you can give it to receptionist later Mr. John, or you can give it to me then I will bring it to the receptionist.
G             : well.. I would like to give the key to the receptionist later. Alright, please bring those luggages. Ill bring this one
B             : these two sir?
G             : yes
B             : alright. is there anything else sir? Maybe you forgot something?
G             : hmm.. no it’s already
(Close the door)
(On the way to lobby)
B             : Well Mr. John did you enjoy your vacation?
G             : oh, yes this is my first time that I go to bali. It is so exiting. This hotel is very comfortable to me. The room boy is very kind. and I got lunch in the luxury restaurant with a great service.
B             : yes.. thank you for your comment sir. I hope you stay in our hotel again
G             : of course, I will stay in this hotel again
B             : Thank you very much sir. Anyway, we reach the lobby, I will place these luggages there, in front of the sofa. and I will wait until you complate the bill mr john. Well.. would you please to come to the receptionist?
G             : yes, alright please kep my luggage
B             : alright Mr. John
(Mr John go to Receptionist)
R             : good afternoon..  my I help you
G             : I am from room number 2003. I would like to check out now
R             : wait a minute sir
Alright Mr john. May I get the room key please?
G             : sure. Here it is
R             : thank you very much mr john for stay in our hotel. Would you like to take the pamphlet to remembrances the hotel sir. i hope you come to our hotel again
G             : absolutely, This hotel gave me a great experience. So I will come again
R             : thank you very much Mr John. Here is the pamphlet. Well… please come to chasier to complete the bill Mr. John
G             : yes of course
R             : thank you very much Mr john. Have a nice day
G             : you are welcome
(Mr. John go to FOC)
FOC        : Good Afternoon Sir
G             : Hi Good afternoon, I want to check out please
FDA        : Yes Sir. may i know your name and your room number?
G             : I’m John Ghoul my room number is 2003
FDA        : Allright Mr John. Have you give the room key to receptionist?
G             : yes I already give the key to receptionist
FDA        : thank you, Mr John may i confirm your identity ?
G             : Yes please
FDA        : Allright your name is John Ghoul your room number is 2003, and you checked-in on August 5, 2014 to August 8, 2014. Is that right Mr John?
G             : yes that’s right
FDA        : Wait a moment please Mr John  I will take your bill
G             : ok
FDA        : Thankyou for your waiting Mr. John
G             : your welcome
FDA        : Do you have any last minute transaction like mini bar or laundry Mr. John?
G             : I’m not sure maybe I forgot it, can you check it for me?
FDA        :  Yes of course Mr John, wait a moment please I will check to mini bar attendant
G             : Yes please
FDA        : Thankyou for your waiting Ms. John. You don’t have any last transaction
G             : Oh ok!
FDA        : Allright Mr John so your last total is Rp. 4.500.000. May I know how you settle this payment? By cash or creadit card?
G             : I pay by credit card. This is my credit card (guest give JCB card)
FDA        : I’m really sorry Mr John we not provide this kind of creadit card. Do you have another card?
G             : Oh it’s ok. How about this card? ( guest give Amex card)
FDA        : Yes Mr. John we provide for American Express card, so you pay by this card
G             : Yes  of course
FDA        : alright sir, your bill is Rp. 4.500.000. Is that right?
G             : yes that’s right
FDA        : please confirm your pin number, sir
G             : okay
FDA        : Allright Ms. John this is your bill, may I have you sign here? (FDA give the guest bill and sales draft)
G             : Yes of course
FDA        : Thank you Ms. John here is you credit card. Do you need a transportation for your next destination? Maybe you need taxi?
G             : ya, can you get a taxi for me?
FDA        : Yes of course, you can wait in lobby and if the taxi come, our bell boy will inform to you
G             : Allright
FDA        : Would you like to make a reservation for the next time?
G             : I think no, thank you
FDA        : Allright Mr. John is there anything else?
G             : hmm.. no thanks
FDA        : Allright thankyou for your staying with us, we hope you satisfied during you stay here and we hope you will come to our hotel for the next time. Thank you Mr. John enjoy your trip
